Bikram Yoga Nairobi offers members an opportunity to practise yoga seven days a week throughout the year except for certain public holidays. On joining the studio, you will be issued with a membership key tag. Each time you visit you must show the key tag to staff reception. Membership key tags belong to Bikram Yoga Nairobi and we make a charge for the replacement for any lost or stolen cards. Members are entitled to participate in the yoga classes according to the package purchased. Purchases of packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. The class cards ( 10 class, 20 class, 40 class and 80 class) have an expiry date. Bikram Yoga Nairobi reserves the right to make changes to the schedule at their discretion. If any member shall, in reasonable opinion of Bikram Yoga management and instructors, cause a nuisance or annoyance to other members, staff or guests misuse the studios or behave in a way Bikram Yoga Nairobi deems inappropriate. Bikram Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission and/or expel or suspend the member forthwith. The studio manager has the authority to terminate the membership that he/she holds if the member has behaved in the alleged manner. The member in question will be given the opportunity to meet with the management to explain the alleged breach. Concessionary rates are available to children of members. Bikram Yoga Nairobi reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions at their discretion. Bikram Yoga Nairobi excludes all liability for special, indirect, economic loss or consequential economic loss to members including liabilities arising in contract, including negligence. Bikram Yoga Nairobi will not be liable in respect of any personal injury that you may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of attending class. Bikram Yoga Nairobi will not be liable you in respect of any of your personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged in the studio.
