Before your first class:
BRING a bottle of water
WEAR something close-fitting, ideally containing lycra, so that it doesn’t stick to you when you are sweaty.
EAT a light meal around three hours before class. Don’t come to class on a full stomach.
DRINK plenty of water throughout the day before you do yoga so that you come to class hydrated.
ARRIVE 20 minutes before class starts so that you have time to sign up and our staff can get you organised. Latecomers will not be admitted to class.
