The Essentials

A few simple preparations can make a world of difference. Here is your checklist.

Hydration is Key

Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your class. Being well-hydrated helps your body regulate temperature efficiently.

Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your first class. This gives us time to register you, show you around, and let you settle in calmly.

Why the heat?

The room is heated to allow deeper stretching, prevent injury, and promote detoxification through sweating.

Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class is a 26 posture series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Each class lasts 90 minutes.
