  • WEAR something close-fitting, ideally containing lycra, so that it doesn’t stick to you when you are sweaty.
  • EAT a light meal around three hours before class.  Don’t come to class on a full stomach.
  • DRINK plenty of water throughout the day before you do yoga so that you come to class hydrated.
